I loaded the new version of Sales Manager Pro, and created all my inventory items, along with quantities. I have dragged items into batches and launched numerous batches of auctions and synchronized, but there is no change to the inventory quantities in SalesManagerPro........what am I doing wrong and how can I make it update my quantities? What's the point of having a quantity in inventory if it doesn't update it for you? I am confused, please help.

P.S. I also sent this to the help email address last week, but didnt get a response.

Hello,

I did get your email on the 12th and sent the following response, we are sorry to hear you had trouble receiving it :

Only the online inventory tracks your quantity automatically.

Unfortunately, the inventory fields in Pro are all manually adjusted.
