I've always used the Vendio Checkout on my auction listings and it has always showed up when the auction closed.

Now, with eBay's new format, I had a customer email that they could not locate the checkout - I looked at the closed auction and they are correct, there's no checkout visible.

Is this part of the problem interface we are experiencing with the API limitations from eBay on the new eBay form? or did I just screw up on this listing?

Here's the eBay item number: 3231567868 and here's another one that closed with no checkout: 2938254176

This particular one HAD the yellow checkout box when it closed, but since then it has evolved to the new format and the checkout is not visible either:

3532709826

"Houston... we have a problem"

Yet another issue arise - thanks a lot eBay!

Hi Greg,

The checkout banner is indeed not showing up with the new format. We have logged a bug on this with engineering -- we will keep you posted on the progress of this so for now, you can send WBNs to the people who won your listings and can't access checkout.
