Hits to my active listings are not showing on the Auction Control Panel. I know the pages have been viewed, because I always look at my listings after launching an auction and my views are always logged.

Hi there,

It does appear your counters are not incrementing. Can you tell us how these listings were launched? Were they launched from Sales Manager Pro as new listings, or were they relists, or listed from online inventory?

Hello,

The trouble is within your Default Listing Text. There is a letter (>) missing from the text for the PayPal logo, which messes up the subsequent HTML code, including the counter. Please go to My Account to fix the text; the correct PayPal code should end in <!-- End PayPal Logo -->.

This will only correct listings launched from now on, though. For those already active, please revise them on eBay.
