Hi,

I am a registered user on eBay and have a current VISA credit card on file with them, but I still get an error 120 message stating that you cannot find a credit card on file with eBay when I attempt to place an ad using Vendio.

Please advise me ASAP as to how to correct this problem.

Hello,

Please go through the process of creating and launching a test auction on eBay. If you are successful launching from eBay directly, please let us know. If there is a problem with your eBay account this process should let you know what to do.
