I'd like to open another ebay seller id in addition to my existing one. Can my current Vendio account support the additional id for listing & photo hosting, and if so, how? Thank you.

Hello,

At this time, we are only setup to manage one eBay ID per Vendio ID.

You would need a second Vendio account to manage a second eBay account. If you do that, just try to use the same default email address for your new Vendio account as you do for your new eBay account.
