A few months ago, I found a download file that contained the definitions of how to use Vendio. I believe it is the old version. Is there a new file for version 5? I would like to use it for my adult education class (Learning to use the premiere auction service-vendio) that starts next month and I need to start printing.If you would send me the link, I would be so happy!
Is there the same type of file for Customer Manager?
Do you know of anyone who may have created lesson plans?
Finally, I just read a previous question regarding uploading to an auction & inventory and Christopher's reply was the best yet. Thank you. Out of curiosity, has anyone acknowledged this is a problem?
To date, we have never created a downloadable version of the FAQ for any of the tools we offer. You can of course just print out the Online FAQ for reference if needed.
There is also the [/url=http://www.vendio.com/help/ampro/ampro-howto_v51.html]How to use[/url] guide, but that is also an online page, which of course you could print as needed.
I believe you are referring to my post on the new process for uploading inventory into Pro. We will continue to try and notify all sellers upgrading from older versions what the new process is for saving items into online inventory when listing from offline.
