Hi
I just received this message on auction #2843970507
*************************************
Warning: Some of the listings you selected are not eligible for NPBAs at this time. Note that an NPBA can only be sent for eBay auctions, and only between 7 and 45 days after the end of the auction
You have chosen to send a Non-Paying Bidder Alert (NPBA) to eBay for the following auctions.
NPBAs cannot be sent for 1 of the listings you selected, for one or more of the following reasons:
You have changed the winner and can no longer send an NPBA
*********************************
I did NOT change the winner. I changed the email address. Lately, I have had several winners whose emails were incorrect and they swear they have changed it at eBay.
I would be useful if we could change or add an additional email address when the winner has not been changed?

Two recent clients have emailed me saying checkout was not working, here is a copy of the one of the emails and the auction number:

Hello,
I have been attempting several times to complete checkout. When I choose paypal for payment choice, or any other option for that matter, for some reason, it keeps telling me (after i click submit) to choose a payment option. I have done this NUMEROUS times, to no avail.
If you would, let me know a shipping cost (27587 is my zip) and ill send youa paypal payment.
Thanks!
Jennifer

Unfortunately, if you have used the Edit Buyer button to change the information about the winner, it disables the option to send the NPBA through Post Sale. Did your winners say a reason why their emails were incorrect? It is the buyer's responsibility to keep that information up to date -- you will need to contact eBay directly about filing your non paying bidder alerts since the buyers said their email addresses are wrong.
Regarding the payment option problem -- we released a fix last week that should have corrected this problem. Was the email you received a recent one? When was it sent to you?
