Hello There

I have tried 3 times today to create a listing using smpro and keep receiving fatal error and losing all the work.

Any ideas?

Hello Thom,

If you havent already, restart your machine and try again. Also, try closing out of any and all other programs before you launch the Pro software, to see if it is a system resource issue.

If it persists, the problem may have become corrupt, and may need to be reloaded. Click here if you need another copy.
