I have two EBay user IDs. Before I downloaded 5.1 I had two Sales Manager Pro 4.0s on my pc. Now I downloaded 5.1 twice so I have two on my pc again but it will only sync with one Vendio user ID. What am I doing wrong. Thank you.
If you installed SMPro v5.1 to both locations on your hard disk (one for each user ID), they should now be working properly. If one of them fails to synchronize, please let us know what error message, if any, is shown. If no message is shown, please describe in more detail the issue that you encounter.

When I tried to open my old Sales Manager Pro I would get the message "Run time error 32811", so I downloaded 5.1 from both of my online sites 'acj' & 'rds73'. I sell coins on one and football pennants on the other. When I syncronize one Sales Manager Pro both will switch to all pennants and visa versa.
Please make sure that the 2 SMPro icons that you have for the 2 accounts point indeed to different locations on your hard drive.
You can use My Computer (Windows Explorer) to check this; go to the 2 locations where SMPro was installed for the 2 accounts. Double-click on the AMPro icon to start the program. It should run as 'acj' from one location, and for 'rds73' from the other; if so, you must edit the icons (from the desktop or from the Windows menu) to point correctly.
If even started directly from My Computer the 2 programs run for the same account, then click Preferences in the SMPro left navigation bar and change the account for one of them.
