There is a bug fix in the new SMPro 5.1 that made the upgrade worthwhile for me. I had been meaning to make a post about the bug for some time now but I never got around to it. It may be something that others are interested in.
I have a template batch file for all the types of auctions that I do repeatedly. I probably have about 50 template auctions in that file. When I create a new auction I will most often copy an auction from the template file into the batch file for my new auctions and edit the copy. Things like category, shiping costs, description, etc make it very easy to create like auctions.
But one thing bugged me about it. Since I can't save an auction to the template file without an image, there has to be at least one image in the template auction. When I copy it over to the new auction being created, I delete the image in the auction and insert new ones. I leave only one image in the template auction. The problem was that when I deleted the image from the new auction, it was not deleted from the image list for gallery images and if I forgot to change the gallery image to the correct one, my auction would show my template image in the auction.
This was fixed in 5.1. Now when I delete an image from the auction it is also deleted from the gallery list. Fixing this has saved me a lot of time from repairing auctions on line because I forgot to change the gallery image.
