Hi
I was just finishing re-listing some items when all of a sudden, I was sent to a screen that said,"No items were selected for launch. Please select an item to launch."
This happened when I clicked Save to save my changes on unsold auction #2846598460.
Additionally, it appears that the changes I had made and saved on unsold auction #2846598458.
This shouldn't be happening, please help!
I am going to continue to relaunch the last 6 unsold auctions.

Hi Paula,
Do you use the back button during your relist process? I'm having a little trouble understanding what happened with the second unsold auction -- did the changes you make for the relist of that auction, save?

Hi Sonya
No it did not save the changes and it some how lost the changes from the previous auction even though, I had saved the auction.
No, I never use the back button. That is a good way to loose everything. (been there, done that .
I finally completed re-listing the last 6 auctions but am still wondering what was going on.

Hi Paula,
Have you tried clearing your browser cache? It sounds like maybe you are coming across cached pages. I've not heard from anyone else experiencing this as of yet, so it doesn't appear to be a system-wide problem. Let us know if the problem persists.

Hi Diana
No, that is not what was going on. I realize that you have to presume that the people you are communicating with are not always expert in computer "stuff." However, I am an old tech.... well, maybe a use to be tech is better. Anyway, that is not what was happening.
It was more like the save button was briefly cross-linked with the launch commands.
The second time I watched very carefully so that I could relate exactly what happened.
It is probably an intermittent problem. I would also guess that some users would not report it because they doubt weather it was the "computer" or them.
I hope that clarifies things a bit?
Thank you
Paula
