Hi
When I teach my adult enrichment class at the local college, I ask my students to tell you I referred them. I thought it was a sign up question but I just received this from one of my previous students:
"Hi,
I called CSI. They told me the class was on Tuesday the 26th.
I signed up on Vendio. It has not asked me for a referral yet. I have a section I haven't answered yet as I was trying to take a picture of items to sell and they didn't turn out as good as I wanted.
Maybe during the free two weeks they don't ask for it?"
Is it in a part she hasn't accessed yet? If not where is it as I am teaching 2 four-week classes this fall.

I'm not really sure what section it is -- your student can always email us if she is having trouble with her account, so we can help her resolve it. Our email address is [email protected].
If you are trying to take advantage of our referral program, please note that they must sign up through a link that you provide them so that when they start paying for service, you get a credit on your account for usage. Here is the link to the referral program:

Hello Paula,
This is most likeky a cookie issue, as the referral link is cookie based. If this happens again, the student should clear cookies before clicking the referral link. If they have signed up and you were not entered as a referral, please have them contact us and request to add you as the referral. We can do this after the fact internally, but we must receive the request from the account holder.
