Hi there,
I have a problem printing invoices. No matter whether I print in landscape or portrait some of the print area is cut off. This used to happen only sometimes before and I didn't worry about it all that much but now it happens on every invoice. I use the printer options to 'fit to page' and also have tried adjusting the pixel and font sizes. Unfortunately the cut off bit is to the right on the portrait print and is usually the figures at the bottom right hand side, the purpose for printing the invoice in the first place, and on the horizontal print the left hand side is cut off. Help!

Hi there,
Sometimes invoice printing can require some experimentation. I don't know what printer you are using, or how your printer settings are configured, but you should be able to adjust your printer to allow printing of labels in landscape mode. There may be a setting on your printer itself that will allow you to adjust the size of the printout or the position of the printed page.

Hi Diana,
I had been setting each print request option to "fit to page" which I thought would be the same thing as setting it on the printer settings. Apparently not. I set up the printer settings to "fit to page" and it seems to be working fine so far...
