HI, I have changed my Paypal email address over to mailstep but have not seen Vendio capture my data. Am I missing a step? Thanks.
Your latest auction in closed appears to have had the information import successfully. You have everything set up properly -- is there a specific listing that isn't capturing the data?

Well, it is working now, but I hate the fact that is won't read the payment correct. How come it takes the entire payment but doesn't specify the shipping and insurance? On the invoice is says, payment due.. PLEASE HELP>>>
Are you looking at a specific item? Let us know the item ID number so we can look at it. The latest one in your closed section shows the breakdown on the invoice -- it has shipping and insurance specified.
Regards,
Sonya

It only shows a breakdown if the buyer completes the checkout, not when the payment comes throguh Paypal.

Hi Cramer,
The breakdown will only show on the invoice if the buyer goes through Vendio checkout and selects the shipping and the insurance options. If they pay you through PayPal directly, we capture the payment data but unfortunately not the breakdown of the invoice.

Hi Cramer,
If you deselect steps 2 and 3 and then went back to step 2, and re-saved all information as if you were the buyer, this could work. I would like to test this with one of your items you referenced earlier (item #2342435642) if you don't mind -- let me know if this is okay.

Hi Cramer,
If you deselect steps 2, and you go to 'edit' for step 2 in PSM and hit continue, it will save as if you have a response to the WBN. Then when you go to print the invoice, you will see the breakdown shows. I did this on the two you referenced in this thread. The latter one (2342435642) I also deselected step 3, however you do not need to do that -- just step 2 -- if you deselect step 3 you lose the PayPal transaction number (however that really isn't a huge deal, you can get that in your PayPal account if you need it).
Let me know if you have any other questions.
You may want to consider storing the checkout URL in your PayPal account, forcing customers to go through that URL if they initiate payments from PayPal directly. This will solve that problem.

Sonya,
Thanks I will try this. I am also wondering why my paypal notifications are coming between one and 2 days late. Is this because they are being forwarded or is it a Paypal issue? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks,
