PayPal mandates shipping to confirmed/billing credit address for chargeback prevention. At Vendio Checkout Billing & Shipping Info page, it says PayPal user does not need to use billing address. An overzealous and misleading message, if not stupid. Have to fight buyers all the time about this. Vendio, please remove this unnecessary message, it has been too long...
