I was browsing the fraudulent message board and read where people had problems with paypal. A lot of sellers won't even use them anymore. Some have had their checking accounts frozen, etc. This concerns me. Anyone experience problems with this?
thanks,Brigitte
PS This wasn't the paypal email scams. It was internal problems I guess.

I would say that it is a very small percentage who have problems with PayPal. I would guess it is well less than 1% of PayPal users. These people are very vocal about what has happened to them. I have used PayPal for years, and often have over $1000 with them. I have never had a problem with them. I use it to take international payments, and ship to unconfirmed addresses all the time. There has never been a problem or charge back. My PayPal number is now over 2000 so I have used them a lot.
I have always wondered about the "Other side" of the PayPal stories. I have a feeling that there is much more than has been said.
I will not purchase from a large seller who does not take PayPal. Normally this is a sign that not everything is right with the seller. If a seller does not act properly he may have a lot of issues with PayPal. Good sellers don't ever seem to have any problems with them.

that's my feeling too. I've used them for awhile now and no problems to date. It does seem like a small percentage.
