Hi there,
When we last uploaded an auction there were a few items that failed to upload. Vendio listed the error as "10007". The items are in the pending file. The explinations given for the failure seem to relate to ebay payment and don't make sense as most of the items uploaded fine.

Hello Kirsten,
We are, unfortunately, still working with eBay to get them to correct this issue. Unfortunately, because it is related to the API program that we subscribe to with them, our only option currently is to push them to correct ASAP. While they have made some efforts to fix this, and as some of you have noticed, there still are issues with some of the categories.
We will of course continue to work with them until it has been resolved completely, and apologize for any frustration this has caused.

But how do I get these items to launch in the meantime. The error message that I was given does not relate to the problem and gives me no clue as to how I can fix the items to launch. Do I need to change something about the input?

Hi Kirsten,
We have a couple options that you can try:
1. If you are specifying a value in an "Other" text field, please try eliminating this by selecting " - " instead of "Other".
2. If you have selected a pattern from a selection in a drop-menu, please try eliminating this by selecting " - " instead of the pattern.
