Hi Sonya,

Could you help with the last topic not replied to (see Sept 2nd). Here is what I wrote:

Where will I find the "other" and drop down menu for a pattern? They don't seem to be in Sales Manager or in my online preferences.

Hello Kirsten,

I apologize for the delay in responding. The problem causing the error you reported, "Error 10007", was a problem with the eBay API that has since been corrected. Please try relaunching the items that failed with this error, and let us know if you are still unable to do so.
