When an order is processed through the Vendio check out, all charges item price, insurance, and shipping charges all list properly.
When the customer clicks on the the link to connect to paypal to pay, the total shown is just the price of the item. The insurance and shipping charges are omitted. I had to email my 10 customers to go back to paypal and pay for their shipping and handling charge, which is also adding extra fee for me to pay to paypal. This problem just started about two days ago. Please advice on how to correct.

Don,

Just refund the money in full.
Have them resubmit the correct amount.
That way you won't have to pay twice!

I agree about the checkout problem.
Why the shipping cost is not included is beyond me, especially when you have the cost listed.

I wish VENDIO would make it user friendly for buyers with all the info needed.

Is that really the case? Hmm..that is _not_ good! Can a customer service rep confirm this? If this is so, I might have to reconsider this checkout process.

Hello,

The shipping should be included when linked to PayPal. If it is not, there is an error somewhere. We tested this here a moment ago, but the shipping charges did appear in their own specific field.

Please forward any examples you have of items not including the shipping costs to check into further.
