How do I get the PayPal logo to show up in Ebay "Seller Information Box", and "Payment Methods Accepted box to show PayPal as the Preferred Method" ?
1. My ebay preferences are set: SHOW PAY NOW BUTTON FOR PAYPAL ONLY, and TELL MY BUYERS I PREFER PAYPAL PAYMENTS.
2. My PayPal preferences are set:PAYPAL PREFFERED ON, and AUTOMATIC LOGO INSERTION OFF (I tried to turn it on, but the button automaticly turns OFF on its own within 24 hrs).
3. My Vendio preferences are: Accounnt Seller Preferences: Payment Types Accepted PAYPAL IS CHECKED (on), and Include only the PayPal logo in my listing CHECKED (on)
I have imbedded the PayPal logo (static logo) in my default listing text at Vendio. This is the only way I can currently get the PayPal logo on my auctions.
I would appreciate your guidance or recommendations to get this straightened out.

Hello metlman,
The way you have set your Vendio and eBay preferences should display the Paypal logo and the "seller prefers Paypal" wording in your listings. If this is not the case, please provide an example listing that was launched with this preference combination selected for us to check. We have tested this preference combination and found that it does result in the logo being displayed in listings.
Note that it does not matter what you have set at Paypal as the preference is an eBay preference.

Here is the url of a recent auction. The only paypal logo I can find is in the default text that I put in myself. The "Seller Prefers PayPal", etc is not displayed in the seller info box or payment box.

I had the same question as metlman.
The section of the auction that doesn't mention paypal is under the Vendio section of the auction. It is an ebay section called " Payment methods accepted" And on my auctions is states that I accept
Personal check
Money order/Cashiers check
I would like to put the paypal logo there as well.

Hello metlman,
If you are certain that the above mentioned listing was launched with the preference combination you outlined in your first post, please contact eBay as the "seller prefers Paypal" and Paypal logo should be enabled with this combination.
Also, I am not sure how these settings will affect relists that were initially launched before the Paypal preferences - is this a relist?
