Ebay Store Sales are still not showing up in the closed / post sale . What can be done about this? This is really getting to be a problem for me. HELP!
We are still investigating this problem -- engineering is working on it. If you can let me know the missing item ID numbers then I can forward that information on to engineering.

Announcements say that the problem has been resolved but 2555782543 is the only number showing up in closed. I especially need 3346565680 to show up because a bidder will not pay for these until I can combine and send an invoice.
The fix we pushed and the fixes that eBay has since pushed are unfortunately on a going foward basis only. They will be unable to correct items that had already been lost due to this error.
You would need to do the post sale for this item from outside of the Vendio system.

I just had two sales last night and two this morning and I combined them and now can't find them. I sent a checkout but now can't bring them up on post sale. What's going on I had the same problems last month too. Items are 2196466028 store item, rest were auction fixed priced 2197212462, 2195970862, 2195970752. P.S. I do find them when I search one of them and all four come up combined.

The order is #622957481 and it is in Awaiting Checkout. If you were trying to look by date, go back towards October 11 since that was the earliest purchase in that order and you should be able to find it.
