I have many files stored in Turbo Lister that I need to import as inventory. When I export them from TL as csv files and import them into Vendio, I get a run-time error (0) and Vendio crashes. Can you please walk me through the steps involved in importing Turbo Lister files to Vendio? (I see the information for Mister Lister, Excel, etc. but not Turbo Lister, and importing from Turbo Lister is crashing Vendio.)
At what point during the import process did runtime error 0 appear? Did you get to the Field Matching window, was it during the import process itself?
Please check the inv folder of your SMPro installation for the log files of your inventory import (AWImport.log and AWImportERR.log). If they exist, please open them and check for any indication of what might have gone wrong.
You might also want to consider SMPro's Batch Importer; you will be able to create SMPro batches directly from your Turbo Lister files.

When I get to the Field Matching window, no fields are listed. When I click Next, I get runtime error (0).
I have exported in TL to csv format and saved that file as .csv.
I am using the batch importer in SM and choosing Text file-csv.
I am choosing the correct .csv file from TL.
What should I do differently?
When you get to the Fields Matching window, the columns and rows from the source .csv file should be visible in the left pane. The first record of a TL inventory file holds the column titles (Site, Format, Currency etc.). You can browse through the source file by clicking the up and down arrows of the "Show record" control.
You must map the source columns to SMPro fields, by picking the field name from the drop-downs shown for each column in the right pane.
As you do not need to import the first row of the TL file, please modify "Start import from record" to 2. Also, as you will probably use this field mapping again for future imports, I would recommend entering a descriptive name (such as 'TL inventory') in the "Use field matching association:" field and checking "Save as new association". Thus, you will be able to redo the mapping by simply using this drop-down.
If any of these is not working properly and you get runtime error 0 again, please try the following:
A. Please go to the Windows Update site (click Tools > Windows Update in the Internet Explorer menu). Install the Service Packs the site recommends, especially those for Windows and Internet Explorer.
