I adjusted my shipping costs as follows: $6.95 USPS Priority
$0.00 BIN auctions

when the auction winner ( 3632779994 NEW GIRLS RULE Practice/Match Soccer Ball) went through checkout they saw a USPS Parcel Post Option @ $4.95

Why wouldnt checkout have caught this? In other words my changes did not register.

Can you determine what happened here. If they were able to add shipping here I need to know this in order to rebill for balance due.

Hi Zukunft,

I assume that you changed your shipping costs in your eBay site specifics preferences page under MyAcct. If this is correct, then the mentioned behavior is correct. These settings are global, and are used at launch time.

If you want to fine-tune some of the checkout settings on a per listing basis, you may do so once the listing is active. Go to Active section (from left nav), then select the listing(s) and click on SetWBN button. On the next screen, select the items one at a time, and click on EditWBN button, then make all the changes. If you want the auto WBN feature, you can set/reset it from the later page, using the On-Off button.
