When I send a notice to customers that payment has been received, when they don't use the VENDIO checkout, it is not checking the box.
I had one customer not receive it.
What is happening??????

Some are not getting invoices either!
3 today, yet it's marked on the fulfillment page.
Need some help here!
Do you notice any commonality for the users who did not receive their notices (for example, are they all using the same email system or ISP?) We will test this from here, but I am not aware of any problems with the mail systems.

It appears to be working today.
Those that did not receive one, I had to send one through Ebay.
