Hello There

I hae been using smpro for about 3 months.

Today the starting price remains gray and the fixed price is highlighted in red.

Since I can't fill in a starting price I can't list.

Any suggestions?

Hello Thom,

Please make sure that you choose Auction as listing type. When the type is Fixed Price or eBay Stores item, indeed it's only the Fixed Price field which is available.

You can switch between listing types using the radio buttons under the Title. When creating new listings, please pick Auction in the last drop-down of the "Select Site for Listing" pop-up window.
