Forgot to say that when I try to uninstall and reinstall smpro I get message that the uninstall file cannot be found so I cannont reinstall either.

Hello Thom,
Please check whether a file named "Uninst.isu" exists in the SMPro folder (under "C:\Program Files\Vendio", or "C:\Program Files\AuctionWatch" ).
If the file is not there, then the uninstall process cannot start. The good news is that it is safe to just install the program again to the same location, if indeed a reinstall is necessary.
