Is anyone else having this problem? I noticed it this morning when a customer bought a fixed price item. I was notified that my Winning Bid Notice had been sent but the little check boxes are not there. And they are not there on any auction that has sold and the Winning bid Notice has been sent but not had a response yet. The check boxes are there for auctions that have had responses. Will be checking in periodically.

Hi Sandy,
What specific items are affected? I checked your closed listings and they appear to all have the post sale keys on them. A good number of them have more than one step completed.

I had the same problem yesterday and Diana said no one was having problems.
Obviously, it has NOT been reported.

Could it be that the Post sale check boxes are showing at "Vendio" and not on my Post sale. It is very strange. I have reported and have been talking to Sonya about this so I assume they are checking it out.

I am having to check the box myself.
It used to mark once you had completed an entry.
Too many tech glitches lately!

I just don't have any boxes to check. If I had to something to check I would be perfectly happy.

What next!
Don't feel left out, I have 9 items sitting in pending that won't relaunch...almost over a 4 week period.
Some items will relist, and some won't.
Never had this problem before.
No one seems to know why!

Was wondering Sonya, If you have been able to figure anything out. I did get back the boxes for the older auctions that have finished but nothing on the auction that ended this afternoon.

Each time I've checked your post sale section, your post sale keys appeared. Does your page finish loading? Please let us know if it is any faster today than yesterday.

Hi there,
Have you tried clearing your browser cache? If not, please give that a try. It is sounding like this might be a browser-related problem. Please also reboot your system after clearing your cache.
If that doesn't help, do you have Netscape installed on your computer? If you do, please let us know if the problem occurs when you use Netscape.
