The button for "Print Packing Slip" is not available. Is anyone else having this problem? Why are there so many problems with Post Sale Management? Very frustrating!

If you notice, there are numerous problems on this page about tech glitches.

CS tells us that it will be reported, engineers are investigating, but doesn't it seem to take a long time to get answers????

I know it is aggravating but I am trying to be patient. Have been with them a long time and hate to change. I am glad to hear that it is not just me.

Are you printing from the post sale section, or from the fulfillment checklist? You might want to try clearing your browser cache.
