When I try to start SMPro, I get a "Run Time Error 429 - Active X Component Can't Create Object" message. I have AMPro installed for two IDs and both are giving me the same message.
DId you happen to upgrade one of the copies recently? The runtime error 429 is typically what you see when there was a bad installation, but if you happened to upgrade one copy and not the other, this may be the cause.
Download a fresh copy of the software and reload it over the existing ones. Just be certain that you install it to the correct directory and that you create a new icon for the first install, as when you reload the program - any icons you had will all point to the most recently installed copy.

I was afraid you were going to tell me to do a new download.. Have already started but with the slow conenction that I have, it is a two+ hour download. Thanks, Louis
