I just noticed that exact problem tonight.
I wrote CS and haven't heard back.
I tried 2 or 3 times to change it, clicked save, synchronized, and still showing up as the old info.
Payment Instructions are specific to each listing, and to each SMPro profile.
If you change your Payment Instructions online, they will be synchronized into SMPro's Default Profile, and all listings that will be created in the future, based on the Default Profile, will inherit the new settings.
As for old listings, you will need to manually update Payment Instructions for each of them. Please click on the 'Payment Instructions & Details' button in order to open the pop-up window where they are located.
I would also recommend changing Payment Instructions in all your SMPro profiles.
