OK, Sometimes Sales manager is not recording Paypal payments even though the buyer has already paid via Paypal. The auction title appears in the Paypal transaction so I am assuming they are coding it to the right person. I also get an e-mail to my mailstep account. I missed one for a few days, not good if you want to have quick shipping. Any ideas? Thanks.

There has been unfortunately a few errors with the Mailstep system over the past few days. You may want to consider enabling the IPN system we have available now to cover yourself in these situations.
This can be setup via the My Account tab, under the mailstep link.
