Where do I go to see if customer service has responded to a problem that I emailed them about? It's been 3 days.

Hello,
When you log into your Vendio account, and you have a response from us, you will know because the Customer Manager tab will turn orange and have a blinking envelope. It does not cost you extra to use Customer Manager to contact us.
