Has anything changed in your setup? Do you use a proxy? Please check the SMPro proxy settings by clicking Preferences in the SMPro left navigation bar.
What is the error message that is shown when trying to synchronize? Please check also the end of the AMPro.log file (located in the SMPro installation folder) for any indication on what is triggering the failures. If possible, copy here the last few lines from this file, so that we can investigate further.
