Buyer used "second chance offer", no WBN was sent by Post Sale, customer tried to pay via paypal directly but he was taken to the "checkout", he entered his email address and it was not recognized. Apparently Post Sale does not support "second chance offer". Several rounds of emails exchanged with customer and finally a PayPal invoice was manually sent. Frustrated customer, wasted time (1/2 hour), risked negative feedback for throwing customer around. Vendio, if nobody at the company ever thought there is an eBay "second chance offer" sale, please let them know the situation, thanks.

Hello,
We have plans in the works to support Second Chance offers. If you are offering up second chance, you will need to use the import feature in Sales Manager to get the listings in your Vendio account -- when they close, you can use post sale on those items.
