I have been trying unsuccessfully to download SMP on my new computer. Every looks okay until I try to synch, then I get a message that says "can't connect to Vendio servers." I use a cable internet connection, and disabled my Norton. Please tell me what I am doing wrong. I am not very computer savy so please explain this in layman's terms that even a self-described dummy can understand.
Please double check your internet connection and make sure, if you are behind a firewall or proxy, that you have allowed access to Vendio. You may want to try quitting and restarting the program again to see if that allows the synchronization to go through.
