I'm sorry to post this in a public forum but I'm very frustrated and hope to get noticed!!
I wrote to customer service on 11/19. I've exchanged a couple of emails and was left with this last one:
"I'll contact one of the program engineers and see what they want you to try
next."

Well, that was on 12/21 and guess what??? NO ONE HAS EVER got back to me! I need help. My experience, when listing with Sales Manager is very annoying. It doesn't seem fair that I have to spend $6 a month to get someone to help me via the phone. Can you PLEASE LOOK into this - I can't take it any more and I feel it's very rude for Vendio to ignore a problem thinking it'll just go away.
I had been emailing with you directly but had not heard back from you since our last set of suggestions so I assumed you were back up and running. Typically if users do not respond it has been because they were able to start working again, my apologies if I somehow missed a reply from you along the way.
What was the last step of fixes you used to correct the issue you were working on and what is the current status of the problem? Getting an error message, where, what does it say/etc?
