Hi all- I'm new to the vendio system and so far (with the exception of a few bugs in SMPro) things are rolling along just fine.
My question has to do with making changes in a closed listing before I relist it? How do I do it? Where do I do it? SMPro? Closed listing? on the ebay site once I upload? If I want to change pictures, etc. what do I do?
Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.
Also, is anyone having any problems with the shipping not showing up in the wein letter? I'm getting paypals for merchandise that does not have shipping included. I suspect its that shipping does not show on the bid winner letter.
Relists are done through Sales Manager. Select the auction you wish to relist and click the relist button. On the relaunch page there will be an 'edit' link to your right for that auction. Click on it -- you will be able to make changes there -- when you are done with your changes make sure you click save, or your item will relist with its original data. You'll be taken back to the Relaunch page where you can finish the relist.
Regarding shipping, as long as you specify a price and a shipping carrier during the creation of your listing, it should show up when customers pay for the item. If the shipping appears as 0.00 then it means you did not specify it when you created the listing. If there is an item you would like us to look at, let us know the ID number.
