Several times in the last few weeks and again today I am finding when I click on print packing slip I get the Vendio Home Page instead. Is this happening to anyone else?

Hello,

I have tested this and cannot replicate the problem. Does this happen on a specific auction? Have you tried using an alternate browser?

Hello Sonya,

I am using Internet Explorer. When on the Fulfillment Checklist page for an auction, in step #4 when I click "print packing list" the window that comes up is Vendio's homepage. I just tried it through AOL and the packing list comes up to print. Wonder why it won't go there on IE?

Hi there,

Do you have any pop-up blocking software on your system? If so, you might want to try disabling it, as it may be causing the problem.
