I just moved some images into SMP, and when I click to synchronize, it does nothing. I closed the program out and tried again upon reopening it, and the same thing. Plus it is delaying in closing - sort of like a program that "is not responding" does. I used SMP within the past week and it was fine...
Any suggestions? Thank you

Try running Pro with nothing else up at the same time. Pro takes up a lot of memory and can function better when you aren't running any other programs. Let us know if this helps.

Thanks for the quick reply.
Already tried that - didn't work. I have been using this program for over a year, and have never had a problem with it until now. Also, I clicked on the yellow "!" at the top, and it closed the program...
Any other suggestions?

EVER SINCE I DID THE NEW VENDIO PRO UPDATE - I SPORADICALLY HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM- SEEMS LIKE IT JUST HAPPENS FOR NO REASON
MINE GETS STUCK AT 94% CHECKING IMAGES (AND I HAD NOT ADDED OR DELETED ANY IMAGES SINCE THE LAST SYNC)
I CAN TRY TO RESYNC TWICE AND 3RD TIME ( LIKE I JUST DID NOW) AND IT WORKED FINE
WHO KNOWS
THAT IS IS MANAGER PRO FOR YOU - LOTS OF INCONSISTENCIES AND NEVER GOOD ANSWERS FROM THE CUSTOMER SERVICE- ALWAYS THINK IT IS A PROBLEM ON OUR END- BUT 90% OF TIME IT IS VENDIO WHO WONT ACCEPT RESPONSIBLITY
