What is the format that is needed in the "Launch" field in batch importer. We have tried just about every combination known to man and none of them have worked. As a temporary fix we have just defaulted to Next Upload. Please help.

I type 2/4/2004 6:40:00 PM into my "launch" database column that I map to their launch field and it works fine--the launch date and time fields in Sm Pro are already autopopulated with the info when I arrive to validate the items and attach images. It doesn't work if I accidentally leave out the seconds after the second semicolon.
