Since I changed my account name, I have to change it in SMPro. So, I open smpro (which takes 10 MINS to load!!) and then go and change it.
Smpro says it will have to synch...okey dokey I say.
Then, it just freezes up.
This has now happened 4 times. That has wasted about 1 hour of my time so far.
Any suggestions?? Or should I just delete the current copy and download a new one?
AND, is there anyway for it to load faster than 10 mins? This computer is new, tons of memory, etc.

Hi there,
Please let us know what the error message is when your synch freezes (to get this, click the "Details" button.) Also, can you tell us how many images and how many inventory items are stored in Pro currently?
