I want to send an email to some of my customers, but a pop up window said that I had to verify my email. Can you tell me where that info is located? The link does not seem to work.

Hi there,

Can you tell us where you are when you get this message? Ie. are you online using Sales Manager, Customer Manager, or are you offline using Pro?

To update your email address on file, go to My Account -> Personal Information, and click the "edit" link next to your email address.

I am in sales manager. I click on the customer file, then the action panel to "I would like to email selected customers". That is where it asks me to verify my email address.

Hello,

You have not verified your primary email address on file with Vendio. Please go to My Account > Personal Information and click on the edit/verify link next to your email address to complete this process. Once you are verified you may resume emailing your customers.
