Hi,

A customer purchased an item on eBay. The S&H charge was $1.50

The customer is from the Netherlands, and therefore the S&H is $3.00

The customer paid via PayPal without checking out on Vendio.

I'm trying to add the customer's details and change the invoice from the $1.50 S&H to $3.00

I don't seem to be able to do so.

Please help me.

You'll have to uncheck steps 1 and 2 of the Post Sale Keys. Once this is done, you can go into the fulfillment page and "edit" step 1. The edit button is a link but it's actually an icon. From inside this page, you'll notice the area to change the shipping.
