You have a bunch of auctions that listed yesterday -- I see some FP items but I want to be sure they are the ones you are referring to. Which items launched as FP which should have launched as regular?

When you are choosing the venue to launch, eBay Fixed Price is right under eBay Auction. Since you have both start price and buy it now price filled out for that item, it might be that when you were selecting the venue, eBay Fixed Price was accidentally selected instead. Either way, please let me know when you've ended those auctions and I will forward this thread over to our billing specialist so that you do not have to fill out the refund form sixteen times.
