Hi there,
We are having problems validating previously stored auction batches. We get to the end of the batch after validating all the items and then "finish". The program then closes down and all the changes are lost.
When it closes do you get an error? If so, let us know what it says. You may want to save your batch prior to clicking on the 'finish' button so that you don't lose your changes, if the program crashes on you again.

Hi Sonya,
No, there is no error message, Sales Manager just shuts down. Also, the most frustrating is that there is no save option when validating, the save icons are greyed. This problem is getting urgent now, we have lost more than a few days work.

For this problem, as well as your other post above, have you tried shutting down all the programs on your computer while you're running SMPro. Elliminating the any potential conflicts by doing this, you should be able to get the settings/preferences for printing and validation to work.
Try going to the Start Up folder and shutting down the programs you don't NEED to be running. Then Go back and restart SMPro and try the settings again.
It wouldn't hurt to consult someone at work on the printer settings or testing it yourself in MS Word or Excel. Just to be sure everything's ok.
Best Regards,

Have tried again with everything shut and it's the same problem. SM pro just shuts down with no error message when we click on 'finish'. VERY frustrating.
