I forgot to mention a couple of other things.
Why did you not answer the post I just put up last night?

How can I access the part of my template that can be edited? Where is my html? I need to edit the html I added to it.

When I do a spell check on line, I will add words to "my" dictionary but they never keep. The next time I type a word that has been added and do a spell check it still sees that word as misspelled. My name is the best example. ny-baglady The spell checker says ny is misspelled; I click Add to dictionary. Then baglady is found as misspelled; I click Add to dictionary. The next spell checked item finds the same error. Why is it not saving these words?

When you tell me the photos are fine there are no red Xs, my take on that comment is that 1-you think I made it up. 2-you think I am one of those trouble making nuts out there. 3-I am lying.

I can honestly tell you, when I make a post, that is what is happening at that time. I am not seeing things, making things up. I am taking my valuable time to post the information. I would rather be working on my auctions and inventory.

Hello,

I have covered your questions in your other, longer thread on these issues. Regarding template HTML, you can't store HTML in the Template Preferences section. Are you applying profiles when you are creating listings with your customized template? If that's the case you can edit the profiles in inventory. Please correct me if I am wrong. Regarding the images, no one thinks you are making it up when you say you see the red X. We are just letting you know that we don't see this happening on our end, so if you run into this problem frequently please try right-clicking the broken image and selecting 'show picture' to see if it reloads your image.

If there is anything that I missed between all of your posts, please let me know.

Regards,

Sonya
