I have opted to allow customers to edit or change the total payment amount for my items. I still get 5-10 emails every auction with customers complaining that they are not able to add the shipping cost for their orders. How do they do this?

Also I have not yet been able to fix the invoice printing problem from my prior querey, my last post was not replied to.

You can't change this actually. You can pick a shipping option and you can use our calculator to add tax, but thats pretty much it.
To answer your question that was left unanswered before, try manually refreshing the page. You'll have to wait for the page to load after you select your choice. And you may need to hit the browser refresh button or the 'F5' button.
