I use SMP and have never used the inventory feature however I am going to start using it since I might open a store.
So question is....if I already have my repetitive TOS wording in my Sales Manager Pro, and I fill in the same words in Profile section of inventory, will those words show up twice if I decide to put item up for auction? Or should I just not fill Profile in?

If you have your TOS stored as Custom Listing Text, and you put it in your Profile, then you may have it appearing twice in your listings. This is dependent on how you stored the TOS in Custom Listing text -- if you stored it in default text it will always appear twice, or if you stored it in the custom listing text boxes it will only appear on fully customizable templates.
Be aware that the inventory in SM Pro is not the same, nor does it sync up with inventory in Sales Manager on the Web.
I do not even think the SM PRO inventory considers what sells and does not sell in it's quantity available.
The system is usable, but you need to know how the SMPro and the Web side interact and do not interact if you are serious about using this for inventory.
