Ebay has changed it's "Age" category in Item specifics - Wristwatches from "1970 until now" to "2000 until now". As a result all the existings listings will not relist without error. Vendio template still reads "1970 until now" and therefore it is impossible to relist without using a false age. Please advise

I've checked the item specifics for watches, and the age range in our item specifics reflects 2000 - Now. Have you tried both relaunching without editing and editing your relists to reselect the age range? If so, did the listings error out in both cases?
