Hi there,
International winners will be able to complete checkout, however, you will probably want to customize your shipping and provide specific messaging on your listings for your international buyers. You can use the custom shipping fields to enter internatinal rates/carriers.

To my knowledge there has never been a restriction on International bidders to complete checkout. I have been getting at least 6 international order a week for the past 4 years, and checkout has worked all along.

I forgot about one problem I have and it has to do with Diana suggestion regarding the custom shipping fields: they cannot be exported to Endicia and that is a royal pain. Some days I might have 10 packages going overseas and I would have to type each address into Dazzle.
Vendio's export function should include the two custom fields.
